This banana bread is the ultimate comfort food. I think it’s best when eaten warm with butter but it’s also good on the go. It’s rich and moist with the perfect blend of sweet and slightly tangy.

Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees & butter loaf pan.
- Add dry ingredients in a medium glass bowl, mix well.
- Mix wet ingredients in a large glass bowl.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and fold together until all moist.
- Pour batter into buttered loaf pan and bake about 1 hour (toothpick inserted in center will be clean).
- Allow to cool before slicing.
